I was also scared to step on the scale. I remember the day I had to go to the doctor in order to start a fitness program. I was so terrified. When I saw the number it shocked me but it also motivated me to lose weight. :smile: You can do it! I can do it! we can do it!:laugh: :drinker: :drinker:

Girl! I'm proud when I burn 300! Shoot. You should be having a party! :-) Don't get frustrated because of some silly number. At the end of the day you are working out and your body is thankful for it. Any form of exercise combined with healthy eating will work. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Maybe your body has hit plateau. You need to spice it up, try new things. When your body is not challenged anymore then the weight stays the same.

It's never too late to start. The first step is to realize there is a problem. Is up to you to solve it. It definitely takes hard work but little by little you start seeing the results. that sounds great. I totally would like a treadmill too but I can't just yet. I do go out but I'm afraid that when the winter hits then I won't do it anymore. I think for me the hardest is on the weekends. I'm going to try...I think if I push myself to do that I'll see a lot more weight loss.

I'm so happy for you...just last week I went to TJ Maxx, It's been a while since I could shop there...I mean I could fins stuff but this time there were a lot more things I could try on. I totally agree, I want LB to be a thing from the past...soon soon soon! :wink:
