AWESOME JOB!!!

Breakfast is the most important (And my favorite) meal of the day. I grew up with my Grandparents, who were old school, and breakfast was always a big to-do. I rarely remember eating cereal until I was in my teens years, and by that time I told Nana (Papa had passed away by this time) that she didn't have to stand in front…

Well, we met very young, ( I was fourteen, he was 15) and by the time I was 16 he flat out told me "I hope you love me, cause I love you and I'm not going anywhere." We got married (eloped, actually) in 2010, I was 20 and we had lived together for two years at that point, and we were engaged 7/1/2009.

I initiate more, and we've been together for 8 years, but to his credit, his job is MUCH more stressful. After a long day Hubbs generally is too sore, he climes roofs and hauls ladders, so I don't blame him, where as I recuperate much faster from a hard day because my job isn't very physically demanding. Sometimes I don't…

WEIGHTS!!! I've lost a lot of BF, but I wish I had started lifting sooner! Squats and lunges do AMAZING things for your butt as well, but overhead presses, flys and pulls are freaking sweet for killing backwaggle.

Hi hi! I've been dealing with PCOS since I was 11 years old, and I'm now 22. Yeah, sucks. Anyway, I dropped the Pill a few years back because I started having bad reactions, and losing weight has certainly been easier since then. Also, I eat my carbs, and since I've followed a balanced diet, incorporating HEALTHY carbs…

It really depends on your body composition, Imho. I haven't been thin since childhood, and now I'm at my lightest as an adult (279) Heaviest was 366, and I wear an 18, and it's finally starting to get loose. I'm very muscular, with wide shoulders, and as my GP put it "bones like a man". :( I'm aiming for 200-230, by my…

yes, it's that healthy glow coming through. (imho, anyway!) I look more tan now, and now that I'm healthier, I can go outside and I no longer burn (HUGE weird NSV). I think it's just because our bodies are happy!

I was 366 at my heaviest and I think my old daily goal was 2500 at a #/week loss. I pretty much ignored it an never got more than 1500 and could not lose weight efficiently, so I started eating more. Now I'm down 89 lbs (277 was my last weigh in) and my daily goal is 2070. I always try to eat 1800 at least. Small meals…

I try to stop any hangovers before they start, so I hydrate like mad before going out, eat McDonalds on the way home, and drink a bottle of water between every adult beverage. I'm usually up at 7am the next morning cleaning the house or making breakfast for everyone else with the hangover, hahah!!

When I was single, I googled the guys I dated, and I have a few friends back home that are cops and they look at me like their little sister, so I never had to worry too much. Now if I ever have a daughter, automatic iron underwear until she's 30. If I have a son? I hope to god he does not take after his daddy, cause…
