i'm doing 6 week 6 pack. i'm on week 3 & already am stronger AND noticing results now (toning up - sorry i like that word.. toning.). very excited to stick with it & get it done!! i also have Jillian's no more trouble zones.. although haven't started it yet.

i did NOT want to do my workout today but i slogged through. so 2nd week of 6wk 6 pack DONE. that is 1 thing that makes me happy. and my 2 handsome boys at home (one big - husband. one little - our almost 4 yr old son). 2nd thing!!

5'3" going for 106 lbs. i weighed this before i was pg (4 1/3 years ago) so it's a comfortable weight for me. i'm also a small frame & it's a perfectly healthy bmi weight goal for my body.
