Welcome to your new weightloss Journey I was 257 when I decided to step on the scale after 5 kids and not taking care of my body I decided it was time to live a healthy active life never going back I currently weigh 155 ! It wont be easy but it will be worth it Good Luck and God Bless !!

When a size 18 was no longer fitting me , I had to buy clothes for my sons bday and I needed to go the next size up to a 20 ! Ugh now I am proud to say I am a size 6 and still have progress to go but am happy for change !

Yes I have been using protein in my foods and shakes for a year now . I add it to cupcakes, oatmeals , veggie shakes . I do Body pump 3x a week ( strength training , lifting weights ) Nike training , Love Zumba , eliptical , running Intervals , stairmaster . Everyother day work upper body than lower body . I love the gym :smile:
