I did it!!! Today was my last day of the program and I ran 3 miles!! My first 5k is Sept 14 and I can't wait. I'll continue to do 3 mile runs (maybe longer!) until then. I have had a lot of success with Biggest Loser Power Walk and Power Sculpt. I was incredibly out of shape when I started and I couldn't handle Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I found the Biggest Loser DVDs to be challenging but not impossible for me as a beginner.

My calves are more muscular than fat. For being a bigger girl I've always had great legs. I just wish my calves were a couple inches smaller. I hate not being able to find boots that fit!

I eat breakfast around 9:00. I eat 6 tbs of eggbeaters and a slice of cheese on a toasted English muffin. It's low in calories but usually keeps me satisfied until lunch. If I need a morning snack I'll have yogurt.

Good luck with Zumba! It looks so fun but I am the least coordinated person on the planet. I'm lucky I can walk and chew gum at the same time.
