My goal for this month is 34 miles! I didn't hit my August goal of 28 miles, but I did 21.25. I am training for a half marathon in December and I want a record of all the miles I ran to get there so I am just adding the 34 to the 21 I already did on my ticker :)

really disappointed in myself. I didnt run AT ALL last week. I ran 2 miles today, but I will not hit my goal by wednesday. :C Try again next month I suppose!

I just decided yesterday that I need to start measuring weekly again but it helped motivate me so much last fall when I gained weight over the summer...familiar story for this girl!! So I will join this challange :) Measurements will be up Thursday

What do you have with you at work? A fridge? I microwave? A toaster or toaster oven? There are tons of things you can eat, but lacking some of these appliances will narrow the list down.

This! Find the strength within yourself, and once you have a handle on why you eat and control over it, you can start looking at why you are with him. My inclination is you will no longer have a reason. You got this girl! Keep your head up :)

I set out to do 2.5 miles Saturday and did 2.75!! I did my interval run yesterday but it was a little short. I was supposed to run this morning, but was very stiff when I got up and had some minor knee pain so I decided to listen to my body and stretch instead. I may run afterwork, or I may just ad it to my routine…

well they've already had phone sex, so in some ways they have already been together- definitely been intimate just not physical. I think the "no sex for X amount of time" ship has sailed.

My last paragraph about still losing scale weight while gaining muscle was a response to this. I was saying that, unless you have very low body fat to begin with, you aren't going to gain a ton of weight lifting. Explain your hair tpe to your stylist, but my hair is similar. I get some curly peices right by my face and at the ends, I can play that up or blow it out. I have had it short and really liked it. OK..tracking body fat is good, (I dont but may get measured by a trainer today because we are really slow- i work at a gym) and I may start. But I have been very healthy and fit before and know what a good weight/dress sizeis for me. Tracking body fat and using that as your guide for realistic weight loss goals is great…

Found it! I ran 2 miles Saturday and nearly 2 miles this morning. BUT I need to pick it up if I cam going to make my goal. I am shooting for 2 miles wednesday, 2.3 saturday, and a 2 mile interval on sunday bringing me to a total of 17.3 for the month and only 11 left to go over then following week and a half. Ticker…

I ran two yesterday! I just didn't get on a computer. It was an interval run so i am not sure home long tomorrow's will be because I am running for 17 minutes and i run slow. I will find out on map my run and post here again :) Great starts everyone!

Depends, when you fill out your "goal" section it asks about your day to life. If you set it at seditary (which it isnt) then eat SOME of them back- because you'd burn even lying on the couch. BUT if you answered this section correctly and said you have an active job, then do not eat any of them back. They have already…

I am never successful cutting out alcohol completely (hmm maybe underlying problem haha) so if it were me, I would go for it but stick to vodka w/ club soda and some lime wedges. And steer clear of a place that puts chips and salsa out on the table
