Thighs: 25.5 Left and 25.75 Right = 51.25
Arm: 15 left 15 right = 30. inches
Waist: 36.5 inches
Hips: 40 inches

Decided to get my crunches done today so I didn't have to worry about them. I did smaller sets of standard abdominal crunches (50, four times today) and my abs are aching...

Wow, I'm shocked!! I didn't lose any weight this week. I didn't expect my measurements to go down.
Oh, and 200 abdominal crunches, 200 oblique crunches both sides and 200 abdominal leg lifts. Yay!0
