Arnold deli thins are delicious and come in several flavors @ 100 calories and they also have bagels @ 110 calories. Recipes can for the so called "yummy Foods" can be modified to fit your weight loss needs.

A smoothie w/ celery, carrots, spinach, romaine lettuce, fresh ginger, 1/2 cucumber w/ peel, 1/2 banana, 1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt.

I substitute for anything that requires sour cream.

There's no problem with it. You should offer them to someone on MFP that lives close to you. Buying clothes when you're loosing gets expensive.

Hi! I started out at 377 lbs. April 2012 and currently weigh 268 lbs.

I'd be just fine. I don't use a cell phone. I don't like them. I have one, but only charge it up if it's nasty out or I'm going a distance so that I can call 911 if necessary. I see families out to dinner and everyone's on the phone and not talking to each other. I've had people hit with shopping carts because they aren't…
