    Thank you for sharing your story. It helps us that are struggling to know that our weight loss, no matter how much or little we need to lose, is totally achievable, and worthwhile. We just need to stick with it. And when we lose track, or fall, we just need to pick ourselves up again, and keep going on. Thank you again.
