I have two kids and i must say you have to make time. Waking up earlier works great, or whenever they nap, taking them for a walk aroung the park or neighborhood.

Wow!!! This pretty bad, your protein is super low, and abiously tou are eating a lot of processed foods since your calories are 700 and your sodium is that high. I see a lot of people making excuses as to why they are not eating enough.

2 ounces orange juice 1 banana 1 cup spinach 1 cup blueberries ( or mixed berries) 1tbs golden ground flaxseed My kids love this, they dont even know there is spinch in there..lol!
