I had some coffee with cream only (I usually have sugar but I decided not to today.. and it wasn't so bad!) 1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats with brown sugar. 220 cal all together I think! Can anyone recommend a good flavored coffee creamer that doesn't have a lot of sugar?

Girl, check out my pictures. I'm with you on the lovehandles issue. No amount of side crunches has helped, so I'm just hoping the more I loose fat and tone my body in general, the less visible they'll be.

Woo! Good to hear. I once heard it takes 2 weeks to notice changes in your own body, 4 weeks for family and friends to notice, and 6 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Glad to hear that I'm getting there! Thanks guys.

I really didn't keep track of what I was eating, which became a big problem. I could order whatever from restaurants without thinking "hey... this meal probably has the amount of calories I should be eating in an entire day"..

Love it, but only the fat free kind. My husband was told to eat the full fat kind to gain weight while in basic training for the Army, and that is not what I'm trying to do! I like it on celery or just by itself.

Really surprised to read number 3, about the author discouraging people from stretching before your work out.. I actually disagree with that. Is it not true that you decrease your risk of injuring a muscle if you stretch before exercise?
