I would like some help with snack suggestions!

Anything specific? I mean, you can snack on any food you like. My go-tos:
Yogurt (Greek or Carbmaster, usually)
Fruits (Typically berries or apples, sometimes oranges, plums, peaches or pears, but those are less frequent for me.)
Veggies (Carrots, snap peas and mushrooms are my favorites)
String cheese
Nuts, hard boiled eggs, a veggies wrap or a smoothie would all work, too. But there's nothing wrong with snacking on chicken breast, a can of tuna, some shrimp, a PB&J sandwich, etc.0 -

I love to snack! Whenever I'm craving something sweet I go for strawberries with fat free cool whip.. Probably my favorite snack ever! The Weight Watchers brand smoked cheese sticks are seriously delicious and only 50 calories. Hummus and veggies are a satisfying snack with fairly low calorie count (carrots or bell peppers are my favorites with hummus).
No matter what kind of snack I'm about to reach for, I always ask myself- "Self, am I really hungry, or just bored?"0
