I eat and cook it the way I do rice. Not sure if anyone posted this yet but yoplait has pumpkin cheesecake Greek 100 yogurt and it was AMAZING! I'm not a big pumpkin trying person except when it comes to pumpkin bagels, but I love that yogurt!

Hi I'm 5'8 & 3/4 (almost there) :) 1. I want to weigh 135 2. I want to weigh 125 3. I haven't been exercising for the past couple of weeks but when I do it between 5-6 days a week 4. My calorie goal is set at 1725 but I try to stay under that 5. My goals are to be slim & toned!!

I'm an upholder and it makes complete sense. I love having and setting goals and reaching them. It seems like if I start to do something long enough it becomes a habit. Thanks JenniDaisy I was getting desperate. I want to buy a yogurt maker and make it myself too, it's getting expensive to buy since I like to eat it everyday but I was stalled at how I would know the calorie info. I feel better now

I could use more friends!! I log everyday, almost at 150 days logged :) so excited. I think I've gained some lbs back from the holidays (I discovered how good sweet potato pie is) but they won't be around for long. I'll be exercising AT least 3x/week, so go on add me up

For my take on egg drop soup I use 1 container of Swanson chicken broth, green onions, mushrooms, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tsp chicken bouillon, and about a tsp of cornstarch to thicken. It's sooo goood!!

I've just discovered I'm best with at least 7 hrs anything under that, even a little and I'm completely exhausted all day. I generally sleep in on the weekends when I don't have top get up early for work, but it's never more than 8.5 hrs
