Don't worry ... keep doing what you're doing. You - or somebody else - will notice. Do take your measurements. The scale is not going up, so maybe you're losing fat and gaining muscle - in which case, muscle weighs more just takes up less room. :)

Yeah, that's a vicious circle ... been there. Enjoyed my New Year's Eve ... now it's clean eating and no drinking for a while.

Kenall87 - I totally understand!! When I am working out, it seems all I do is work, workout, and sleep ... But I'm determined to fit it in. I'm looking to lose about 25 pounds ... we'll see how I look at that point. But if I can lose at least 20 I'll be back to my weight of 6 months ago!! Then I fell off the fitness wagon ... :noway: That's not gonna happen this year. :wink:

mjheinrich, yeah, I saw that I tried. but you have to put in a distance - it won't just search that particular zip code and when I put in less than 25 miles - I get over 25 pages of results. I flipped through the first 5-6 pages and didn't see any that said Lebanon. ... so I thought I'd just ask :)
