    Congrats. I started my weight loss journey at 342 last January. I am now at 258 lbs. I wish I had taken some progress pictures, but I havent. I have one picture from last January and then I have taken a few since October. You should be so proud of yourself. I did the same thing with trying to diet, but quickly learned that I can't diet. I have since cut down my portions, stay under a specific calorie intake each day and try to eat healthy. I also have recently started taking Zumba classes and just joined a gym. I would love to continue my weight loss. Any suggestions?
