  • Willy I have already done so :-) just add the pinto beans to the calories and divide by 4 to get the calories per 1.25 cups which essentially is 1 and 1/4 cups! Shouldnt add more than 70 or 80 calories at most! Anyone that tries this recipe please let me know how it turns out for you? Dying to know if you love it like I do!
  • Oh noo I am netting more than 200 cals per day but there may be a day or two out of the week that I only net 200 calories the rest of the time is 500/800/1000/1300 no more than 1300 because I take a break from my 90 minutes of cardio 2 days/week so I would net everything ive eaten for that day due to not exercising.
