Yes, lift weights!!! it will make you have a much better shape than any cardio! You can get a good workout with just a few different size dumbells and a bench.....don't forget squats and lunges! They burn a lot of calories :)

Dont waste your money on it....tried it (took 3 bottles of it), only thing I liked about it, was it makes you have a raspberry taste in your mouth! I didnt lose any weight. Eat raspberries instead!

I drink almond milk( unsweetened kind), because an 8 oz glass has only 35 calories and has more calcium than milk. I do like the chocolate almond mlk as an occasional treat!

I had 4 children too. For me, just doing sit ups and crunches didnt work. I find it helps to do several different exercises, like knee ups( hanging from a bar), leg raises(lying on bench), planks, along with side bends, and twists(using empty barbell,or even a broom) jogging in place, raising your knees high is good too!

I agree with things dietstokes suggested....along with skin brushing, afterwards,massage an essential oily (mixed with a carrier oil, like almond oil),into affected areas. I wouldn't recommended raspberry keytones. I took two bottles of them( not all at once! Lol) and it was a waste of money. I am taking L- Carnitine and have seen results. Been taking it for 2 weeks now

I just saw that your kids are young. I would just put the peanut butter in their shakes. That would give them a good amount of protein.

I would leave the protein powder in, if it was an all-natural one( most of them aren't),without artificial sweeteners, flavors, etc. I have been giving my son protein shakes since he was 14. He is 17 now. He plays sports and doesn't get enough protein in his diet.

I am sleep deprived too. I usually go to sleep ok, but if something wakes me up, or someone, like husband getting up, in the middle of the night, I cant go back to sleep......I have heard that not getting enough sleep, can make you gain weight, so that concerns me too!

As other people have said weighted squats, lunges,and i do leg lifts with ankle weights( on hands and knees),lots of them! Brazil butt lift is a great workout too! It uses ankle weights and bands

I usually just down a tablespoon by itself or I use a tablespoon on my salad, instead of dressing. I use braggs with the 'mother'
