The last time I cut junk food cold turkey my cravings didn't go away they only got worse. Now I eat what I want and still lose weight.

the minimum calories for a women is 1200 but for a man its 1500. You should be eating at least that before exercising.

I was heavier then you when I started at this and the most I ever burned was 600 in a day and I ate most of them back.

at my heaviest my hips where 49 in. Now there 36.

I'm 5'1 39 years old I eat 1500 a day plus exercise calories. I go to school, I walk at lest 1 hour a day plus stepping machine and stationary bike 10 min each. I'm set at .5 lbs. per week and I still lose.

how many calories are you eating? Do you eat back any of your exercise calories?

the minim for a Woman is 1200 calories but for a man its 1500. You need to eat more. I eat 1500 plus exercise calories and I lose every week as long as I don't go over.

I get this all the time. It started 20 lbs. ago. I just tell them I have a weight in mind and I'm not stopping until I reach it. Some of them even call me skinny. What do you think. I'm 5'1 130 lbs. My measurements are 36-31-36.

If MFP gives you 1200 calories to eat you have to eat all of them or your body will eventually go into starvation mode. I understand wanting to loose weight faster but eating less then 1200 is not the way to do it. If you exercise you need to bring up your net to at least 1200. Trust me this site will work.

I'll be 40 in April sure its harder but this site works. I have been on here since September 2012. When I started on here I was 190 LBS. That's a lot for some one who is only 5'1. I have 2,3,5 and 10 lbs weights. That I rarely use. I do use my stepping machine and stationary bike everyday. I also use resistance bands for my arms. I also walk at least 1 hour a day. I do have more muscle then when I started.

my heaviest was 202. Started on here at 190 September 2012. Now I'm 130.

I don't run either and I have lost 60 lbs. since September by mostly walking. Just find something you like and it won't even feel like exercise. That's what I did.

If you give or yourself or MFP give you 1600 calories to eat per day You should eat all of those. I checked your food logs for over a week and I didn't see you eat 1600 calories for any of those days. Even when you put in your exercise calories. your not eating enough that's why your hungry all the time.
