I know how you feel. My weight is an constant source of frustration. For far too long I have been on a the weight lost rollercoaster. I will lose weight, only to gain all of it back plus more. I am finally ready to consistently make healthy choices. I will send you a friend request. We can do this together.

Feel free to add me. I am in the same position you are. I worked the MFP program last fall and lost 40 pounds. I quit and put about 25 back on. Now I am back and committed again. Good luck, you can do this.

I do not do cheat days or meals. This is a lifestyle and I cannot cheat my life. I log everything and if I eat more calories I add more exercise.

I hit the gym for over an hour of hard cardio Thanksgiving morning then I watched my portions while still eating at least some of everything I wanted. I was able to lose 1.6 pounds last week.

Only my husband knows I am trying to lose weight. I do not talk about it. Just in the last week a couple of people have started to notice and have commented that my face seems slimmer (I want my thighs slimmer :grumble: ) I still have so much left to lose I just want to keep my journey private.
