    How about during the weight lost, to average like two pounds per week for men. I will say one pounds for women. I know it is way harder to lose weight for women without the muscle that men have.

    PS I am 55 yrs old and have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (untreated) and managed to lose 50 lbs in 150 days of eating low carb using a macros ratio of 5% carbs, 20% protein and 75% fats based on 1600 calorie diet --> 20g net carbs, 80g protein, and 133g fat daily.
