Am i the only person that has to admit huge amounts of self control on 3rd shift to just say NO to the snack machine? When i work second shift, i don't even think about it!

I'm a med aide and work 10p-6a two days a week. the other 3 days i work 2p-10p so i had a really hard time trying to figure out how to track my calories! 1.5 miles on the treadmill and Carmen Electra's Fit To Strip 30 min full body workout. If you have not tried it, don't hate. I'm in fair shape and it kicks my butt if i get away from it for too long and come back.

all depends on the type of dancer. classic, yeah, very slim long tone. on the other hand strippers (don't ask my how i know all of this) have a thicker more cut build. I'm trying to get back to a stipper body. I like curvs, just not soft ones! LOL

I had to find a way to fix oatmeal that i could stand. we do breakfast for dinner one night a week and i knew i could not say no to pancakes, so i made punpkin spice oatmeal to go with eggs and bacon. Not too bad.

homemade granola does the trick for me too. I add coconut flakes to mine and us local honey. plus, it makes the house smell soooooo good.
