Has anyone done a 90 day workout program? If so, witch one and did you like the results?

haven't done this yet, but anything by Cathe Friedrich is freaking awesome. she doesn't get all chatty, telling lots of jokes
(after the 50th time hearing it, it's old) but still motivational. and depending on the level of the workout, it's very challenging.
but if needed you can get any level- beginner, intermediate, advanced you can find all the clips on you tube or on her website cathe dot com if you decide to buy you can get the dvds on the website or ebay. not many stores have them
sometimes the cheaper option is downloads. some workouts are only $6 last time I checked.
I haven't given specific workout names, bc she has like a hundred to choose from. she's been doing it since the jane fonda days, and every year or so she puts out more workouts. so it really depends on your goals, which one(s) are right for you.
well anyway, she fits these into rotations, and if you don't have a certain workout it's usually easy to substitute for and other dvd or a workout on your own so long as it's the same type of workout.0 -
ok going by your post in the dancers bodies thread, you're wanting more muscle?
the most suggested and serious program for that is STS. I'm not sure you're wanting a serious bulking.
she has tons of weight lifting workouts though, and if you do the downloads you can use the workout blender
and use different parts of the different workouts you have, to make a different workout each time,
a lot of people like the 4 day split series. she has several that are heavy weights too.
ok well you get the idea. sorry for sounding like a commercial.
hoping I get a git certificate for these for my birthday in a month0 -
Thanks! I'm really trying to decide how much bulk vs. weight-loss i want. But for now it's all about getting my cardio back to where it should be0

so is your goal more endurance based?0

for a quick workout, I really love the Hiit workouts, only 20 mins if you don't count the warm up and cool down.
she makes it really fun, and you don't need equipment.
or maybe you meant running, that's fine too.0
