Hello - I started in October 2009 on MFP and weighed 248 lbs. I am now at 228 lbs. I speed walk twice a day during the work week for a total of 30 minutes a day, I also work out using the Wii for about another 30 minutes about 5 times a week. The weekends are the hardest for me. I do the Wii Gold's Gym Cardio almost every night. I have only had the game about 3 weeks and there only a few combinations that I have problems with. I am not fit at all and I can do it. It is much easier to do it with the 2 wii motes then with a wii mote and numchuck.

Is there a cutomer service number you can call for your HRM? I know that I burn way more calroies according to my HRM then the Wii Fit Plus says I burn.

I did 25 minutes Free Run with Wii Fit Plus.

I really like the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout for the Wii. It works with or without the balance board. There are several levels you can workout to. I feel that it is a good workout. I burn more calories on it then I do on the Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus.

I speed walked today for 25 minutes and 28 minutes of Gold's Gym Cardio Workout for the Wii. I love that game.:tongue:

I just completed 27 minutes of Gold's Gym Cardio. Man Alive will it work you out. I also did some speed walking over break today for 15 minutes. Now I am tired. :yawn:

I just recently got an HRM and the # of calories the HRM said I burned doing the Wii Fit Plus was much more then what the Wii estimated.

Does anyone use an HRM when they workout with the Wii? I just recently purchased one and the number of calories burned is completely different from what the Wii Fit Plus says you burned. It was the same for the Gold's Gym Cardio. Which do I trust?

I was able to set it for my weight but didn't see a way to set it for age and height. I am going to see if I can figure out how to set the age and height on it. I am 35 and weigh 230. My heart rate average was 118. My resting heart rate is between 60-80.

Timex Ironman Road Trainer Heart Rate Monitor. I entered in my weight, and Max Heart Rate when setting it up. I just don't want to record the wrong amount of calories burned.

I just got the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. It is a pretty good workout. It has different levels of intensity. It works with or without the balance board.
