My TOM is next week, so I have been wanting to eat like crazy! Will be so happy when it gets here and I lighten up. Aside from TOM, I have maintained for 3 weeks now, so I feel like I need to change things up a bit. Congrats to all who had a great week. To those that didn't, chin up!

We love Quinoa! I find it in the natural food section and I also find it near the rice and couscous. I have purchased regular and organic before. I have a recipe posted on my blog for creamy quinoa primavera.

I was down this week...it's amazing what our bodies go through within a week sometimes! I have lost a total of 10 pounds since November...that's two sacks of flour!! I have lost 20 since my slow moving journey that started December 09.:bigsmile:

I am weighing in tomorrow when I go to Curves...I do not have a scale at the house anymore! When I weighed at school this morning I was the same as last week, BUT my pants today feel so loose!! Did you input your information correctly? Like your exercise times and your lifestyle? Are you eating correct portions?

I do whatever the site says. i enter my information and go with what comes up. As I lose weight, I resubmit my information to get adjusted calories for weight loss.

The cooler is a great idea! You can buy ice packs or use ise. That way you could pack sugar free jello, cheese sticks, yogurt, grapes--which you can take without the cooler, too.
