mix 1 cup oat flour with one egg and 1 cup milk - use this batter to make crepes. About two tablespoons on a hot pan, shake around a bit and voila! Add some fruit and ricotta cheese in the center. SUPER GOOD!

eat your exercise calories! 1200 calories is day is the MINIMUM you eat - if you are burning 500 calories you are only consuming 700 calories. Go!!! It's not realistic to think that just because you are trying to lose weight / trying to maintain weight that you cannot go out and be social and enjoy yourself. Doing the 30 day shred should be done every day if possible without breaks - especially since they are relatively short exercises. I say if you are doing the 30 day shred and monitoring your calories, that should be enough. Remember, losing weight is all about calories taken in for the day so if you are maintaining a good…
