I love my garden it so nice to have fresh stuff. We live on 2 acres so I have plenty of space for mine.We can and freeze and eat a lot of fresh veggies and fruits form ours.I use to do containers when i lived in town

we tried both recipes I posted and both were really similar and yummy .We dipped a lettuce leaf in it and tasted then my kids ate the rest in a big salad as a snack.Ahhh the joys of teenage boys that will eat anything LOL

eat what you want but make it fit your personal goals .So maybe half the regular amount or do lower calorie substitutions in a recipe to make it work for you.I know I like some bad foods so I eat a hlf portion and fill up on low calorie veggies with it
