Well, I lost a lb this week. Back to where I was when i went on vacation 2 weeks ago. Sw 264 Cw 250 (get to move that big bar on the scale-yee hah) GW 200 smallest weight-8#5Oz Since it's happening slowly, I'm not seeing a lot of the change in my body. Maybe need to start doing measurements.

I'm logging foods *before* they go in my mouth and taking the dog for a 45 min+walk every night. Then looking at the log and seeing where I can switch out something (like an apple for a brownie when I have a sweet desire). I keep my Diary open and log everything.
