I'm done with my weight loss but I struggle over food. I find myself obsessing over what to eat. Trying to make healthy choices and get my macros correct is difficult and frustrating sometimes. I don't have a problem with not eating junk food though.

Stop thinking about food as a reward. Food is fuel, nothing more.

I did 1200 a day for quite a while with great results. I personally don't see why everybody gets all up in arms about it.

I was doing cardio everyday and lifting 3 days a week. For the past month or so I have been doing all cardio. Mostly elliptical on high resistance. I have recently started to run because I registered for the Manchester road race on Thanksgiving. www.manchesterroadrace.com

No, it was torture being 344 pounds. It was difficult losing the weight but it is the best thing I'v ever done for myself.

I'm in the gym 7 days a week and eat between 1200-1300 calories a day. I also cut out 100% of junk. I don't do cheat days.
