I'm in the gym 7 days a week and eat between 1200-1300 calories a day.
I also cut out 100% of junk. I don't do cheat days.
Is this by eating back your calories? or no?
I'm not sure what you mean. If you are asking if I consume more if I burn more, no I don't.0 -
