Personally, my choice is caffeine free, sodium free, calorie free - so water, Clear carbonated / flavored water, black decaf coffee and plain decaf tea.

This would be my pet peeve... and plea to pasta makers. Give me a straight forward dry measured serving size please.

Not in the UK - but I'm participating in my local run here in Ypsilanti, Michigan in the US tomorrow. I'm not a runner either but it should be a blast to walk. Can't wait.

I got my name from my daughter. In the past when I've attempted diets I've had a tendency to go a little overboard I guess. Using it here reminds me that I have to take this as a life plan not a "diet" - no going crazy and forgetting that I need to maintain this for a lifetime.

I'm on the same plain with everyone who thinks this looks yummy, not as a guacamole replacement - but as something new and pretty healthy to add to my repertoire. Thanks for the share. :drinker:

I absolutely enjoy my treats and am still losing weight. I fit it into my daily goal - but only after I've made sure to fit in all the necessities: plenty of protein, whole grain fiber, at least 5 veg & fruit options, etc. And I believe in single serve sizes. A whole cake in the house makes it hard to stop at a reasonable…

Recently I've become a scheduler. I find it keeps me where I need to be, not struggling to eat another 300 calories at 11pm or having maxed out my day at 4pm, if I plan the day ahead of time. I also make sure that way that I eat a balanced diet - minimum 5 fruits & veggies, plenty protein and fiber and I make sure I get…

I was complaining about this exact problem at dinner this evening... my husband & I came to the conclusion that as long as I'm dedicated and care about getting things done my coworkers will continue to slack off and let me do the majority of the work. What we didn't solve is how I can change it - because I'm not willing to…

If money and such realities weren't an issue, I'd like to buy a big RV and travel all over the US. See the sights, find the hidden treasures of towns and decide along the way where we'd make a permanent home.
