How about a plant based protein drink! Most of these have whey protein, we do not need that much protein! Do the research, any excess protein gets converted to sugar and stored as fat!
3 raw kale leaves
1/4 cup raw spinach
1/2 banana
1 small green apple
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup raw almonds
1 small piece of raw ginger
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 medium sized cucumber
fresh lemon squeezed juice

1/4 cup canned pears
4 tablespoons of exaporated milk
6 ice cubes

I use no flavor protein powder so I can add whatever natural flavor I want. My current favorite is this:
1 scoop protein powder
3 Tbsp Pb2
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 small banana
1 tsp raw honey
1 cup almond coconut milk
Ice blended until smooth

I add cinnamon to many things for extra flavor.
I have also added EmergenC or Airborne to my vanilla protein powder, it adds flavor and gives me a bump of vitamin C0 -

Mint chocolate chip ice cream shake:
1/2 cup skim milk
2 to 3 cups of spinach. (there is a recipe for freezing your spinach on bodybuilding.com that will make it thicker, and more shake-like.
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder. (vanilla looks better)
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
sweetener to taste (optional)
1/2 frozen banana.
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Cookies and cream shake:
1/2 cup skim milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
sweetener to taste
1/2 frozen banana
1- 100 calorie pack oreo cookies, or 2 reduced fat oreo cookies

Cake Batter Protein Shake! Delicious!
1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
3-5 Drops butter or almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-5 Stevia packets (or sweetener of choice to taste)
1/2 cup-1cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)
5-10 Ice Cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)0
