I totally agree with this post. You might get bored with doing the same exercise. Change it up, dance, walk, do simple cardio and a little bit of weights. I did. I loved doing the cardio one but was restricted by the belt. It needs to be attached to the middle hinge of a door, but I only had one door with a middle hinge. You can do it without the belt, but i prefer the resistance it gave me. A few exercices with the rubber band where to hard for me to do, so I just used free…

I decided when I started MFP that I would only add a few friends for support. I prefer to have just a few to be able to encourage them and have the support I need. I log everything, every bite even if I go over my calorie goal. If you are serious and need support, feel free to add me.
