get in contact with a physiotherapist specialising in post pregnancy. My gap was 5 fingers (i had twins) and gave me the correct exercises to fix it. now back to normal. Goodluck. And yes i heard if all else fails surgery will fix it. Lets hope you dont have to go down that path

I have both, a $2000 treadmill and a $300 elliptical and i love the elliptical. So much easier on my knees and i have one that you can change the program and instensity and i sweat like a maniac. Happy deciding

i do overnight oats 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 water, 1/3 greek yoghurt. Mix and leave overnight. In the morning at fruit. Turns out creamy, is filling and delicious

hahah special snowflake...thats funny. Doug, its all trial and error, I would suggest increasing your exercise to maybe 45 mins a day and mix it up. definately not, my twins know that junk food is an occasional food and its not healthy and will make you feel sick and fat.
