I had a c-section 15 months ago. I had my "front butt" long before that. I'm down 23 lbs, and the front butt is leaving! woot-woot! There IS hope! I've really not had much time to exercise, and I have terrible genetics, so It's real world possible.

Nah. I'm nursing a baby and am currently a 38 H, and just started couch to 5k. I wouldn't run marathons until I had less bulk/weight on my joints but that is NOT an issue for me right now! I reccomend the moving comfort bra. LOVE LOVE LOVE mine.

I had a c section...and I plan on having a flat stomach! I'm 12 weeks post partum, and I have a "dunlop" but when I was fat before I had one as well...when I lost the weight it went away. Here's to hoping it will again when I lose the weight!

I was in highschool. And here at school they are fixing the indoor pool, so as soon as it's up and going, I'm back in! Tho I bet my old swim team suit doesn't fit any more!

Moving Comfort Bra - I have the "Fiona" LOVE LOVE LOVE it, and it keeps my 38 DDD's pretty reined in while not so tight it cuts into my lungs.

Yep. I have polycystic ovaries and don't cycle regularly. My doc told me losing weight would help fertility, as well as other problems. I'm insulin resistant and at greater risk to become diabetic and have heart disease. So, I'm doing it to get knocked up, and also to be healthier. Plus, looking HOT wouldn't be all that…

I clean mine once a week, or once every other week or so.....but in 10 minutes it's not clean. I think it's personal preference/personality!

Public! It makes me more accountable for what I eat. For me, if it's private - then I want to be sneaky and eat crap anyways...like I have been doing the last 30 years. But if it's public - then anyone can see it, and I am less likely to go over!

I carry a camelbac water bottle with me at all times (even carry it in my purse since it doesn't leak) , and several more refillible containers. Since it's got a straw and doesn't leak it's easy and convienient. Since I always have it with me within reach and in sight, it's a LOT easier.

My Reproductive Endocrinologist reccomended that I eat the max protien, max fiber, and enough fats. She reccomended that I limit my carbs and the carbs I eat should be not processed or refined. That's for me anyways. I try to stick to it, but I screw it sometimes...

I HATE cleaning - so marking it down makes it a 'reward" for me....like I'm getting something out of it! :) If it's just making the bed and loading the dishwasher, I don't count it. But if it's heavy cleaning that takes longer than 30 minutes I definately do. When I clean, I like to rearrange furniture, so I def feel that…

I always retain water and gain 5-7lbs during aunt flo's visit! But it's not fat, it's water and leaves when my TOM is over!

Black beans and rice! <3 Black beans - with a little taco seasoning in them. Over cooked rice. With lots of salsa and a little light sour cream. ONE OF MY VERY FAVORITES!!

I can see my thigh muscles past my belly! I am enjoying exercising - it give me such a sense of accomplishment - and is no longer tourture. My clothes are fitting loose..and I've been shopping in my closet!

Give it a week. The first week you STARVE, then your body adjusts and it's better....and you realize that before you were always stuffed.. Don't eat under 1200 cals tho!

Either way you feel comfortable. I usually spend a day walking before I start up the c25k. It loosens up my joints some. I just started again, and am on week 3! Care to join in?
