I eat soup for lunch, its great if you can get as many veggies as possible as it will keep you fuller for longer.

Banana's - they keep you full for longer Try museli or oat based cereal with sliced Banana and maybe mixed berries on other day Also smoothies with low fat yoghurt mixed into it - works wonders for me! ( I mix them in with milk aswell and make them into a milk shake) Stay away from high fat and eat slow-energy releasing…

I pick on water crackers - they're only 15 cals each - they aren't very exciting but do the job for me!

Yeah, totally with you on that one - be careful though it may go the wrong way for you. I'm making sure I'm staying around the 1200, but have to try harder and harder. Try drinking juice to make up the calories.

I don't think it would be healthy too, persopnally. I've lost about 9 lbs in a month and that has been pretty tough. Why don't you aim for 1/2 stone, and if you loose anymore it'll be a bonus!!

Hi, make sure you just do small amounts of cardio and gradually build up. Start with a goal of say 2-3 mins on machnies you enjoy, and build up as you go on. Remember to stretch loads too, so you don't ache in the morning and hot baths in the evening if you think you are going to ache! Good luck
