I went from a 38DD to a 34E/36DDD. So down in band, up in cup, and a little sag but it is what it is :) Nothing a good bra can't fix

I'm 4'11" and eat between 1300-1530 cals per day (no exercise cals eaten back). I find that I'm not dropping weight but I am dropping inches which is more important to me atm :flowerforyou:

Yo! 4'10", mega curves happenin' over here! 36DDD, 26.5,36. Thighs are about 22.5" a piece and 14" calves. I enjoy my hourglass but could definitely use some more toning up. "lean" them out? Your legs look AMAZING. idk just my two cents.

Well if it's a normal part of your day then I'd probably say no. I used to work in a library so I definitely get that shelving can be a bit of a work out on extra busy days, but normally I'd just say it's normal activity.

Cold soba noodles with hot broth. I get cold way too easily so I like to eat it cold and warm it up as I like drinking broth :)

I understand what you mean by intimidating looks, but for the most part, everybody in the weight room is there to LIFT. You can't be worried about what everybody else is doing or maybe looking at you.

When I realized I was getting close to 200 pounds (168 lbs. starting weight). I'm also 4'10" so it did not look cute AT ALL. Nearly 40 pounds later and my curves are kicking, I've run a 5k, and I'm training for a triathlon. **** I couldn't even imagine doing a year ago :flowerforyou:

I'm 4'10" and currently trying to eat between 1300-1600 cals per day. I'm thinking I might up it because I exercise daily. I'm currently trying to train for a triathlon in October so while I think I should eat a little bit more, I'm kinda of scared to eat any more than that. Also, I don't normally eat back my work out…

I've been stuck at the 128 mark after somehow gaining 3 pounds from my lowest weight ever of 125 :( It's disheartening, but I'm also close to goal so I expect for the last few to be exhausting and painful to lose lol

Hey all! Tiny babe clocking in at 4'10". Right now my weight is all over the place. My UGW is somewhere between 115-120, but I'd really ultimately like to get my BF% down to 20% or less. So long as I'm toned, I'm golden.

My first 5k I did the C25K training program...on a treadmill. Needless to say the hills and uneven streets left me a little off my game. I managed to finish in ~28 mins (way less than my goal time) by sprinting, running, and jogging to breathe. Eventually I'd love to just run straight, but it'll come with time. Just do…
