8 hour work days @ desk jobs are KILLER. You should add some desk workouts to your day, and always try standing up and walking around every hour even if it's just for a few minutes. Sitting for that long for a full time job can do serious damage to your progress. If your office has stairs, you can walk up and down them a few times a day, walk around the building once or twice through the day, just get a little more activity in.0

I'm 4'11" and eat between 1300-1530 cals per day (no exercise cals eaten back). I find that I'm not dropping weight but I am dropping inches which is more important to me atm :flowerforyou:0

I'm 5'3 and I eat between 1800-1900 calories a day and I'm on a cut. I don't weigh myself because I don't trust scales but I wear a size 0 or 00 and I'm 18% bodyfat and edging down to between 15%-16%.0
