Read this, it helps you decide how to handle your calories. Hope you find it helpful. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/818082-exercise-calories-again-wtf

I have had the fitbit one about 1 1/2 years. If you get most of your steps in a short time, like when doing a cardio workout, it shows you have burned less calories than if you get steps consistently during the day. Makes sense, if you are on your feet all day you are more active than sitting most of the day then pushing…

Pictures do help track progress It took two posts--my first roll

I would suggest sending an email to fitbit. They may be able to identify who lost it. They probably have the best costumer service of any company I have dealt with. (When I lost mine they sent a free replacement in less than a week.)

I would have a healthy portion of roast. For me only eating one meal is going to make me unhappy and what ever I saved in calories will be snacked away later. Not sure your calorie goal for the day, but you likely have room in it for more than an apple. Whenever I eat out and feel that meal was too much, I try to add some…

There was a thread of Native American success stories a few months ago. You can find it with the search feature

Try Muesli. I cut up an apple and throw in the pot. Done in 5 minutes, very filling.

MFP made a link for these questions, it helped when I got mine. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/752805-fitbit-adjustment-questions Also there is a fitbit user group. Hang in, you will figure it all out.
-
Look at the group eat train progress. Take a look at this. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants Don't give up. You will make progress if you stay the course.
-
If you log your exercise on MFP as a separate entry then you do not get a fitbit adjustment as well. So you don't get double credit for exercise.

Nice post. "Eat right and work out". Who knew. Keep it up.

It is pretty normal to lose more than you might expect as you start. Enjoy it, as It may slow down. Stay the course long enough and you will be able to see what works for you. Take a peak at the group eat, train progress and read the suggested posts at the beginning. That may help you know what to expect.
-
I stalled out too, started to follow the group Eat,Train,Progress. Here on MFP. I saw suggestions that really helped me start to lose again. I was guessing instead of weighing portions, just that change made a difference for me. Remember weight loss is not linear. Hang on to the progress you have made. You can do it.,

Tremendous job. Be proud!

Have not tried that one. I just tried Bobs red mill. Next I will make my own to control salt and sugar. I like the muesli a lot more than oatmeal. For me the secret is 1/2 cup of homemade apple sauce..
-
I add a handful of raw radishes to a lot of meals and snacks. Buky, filling and tasty.
-
Boiled eggs are easy to take with you. Ground chicken sausage. Kashi go lean cereal.
-
I add radishes and broccoli to any meal. Adds bulk to the meal and makes me feel full. But you could add a serving of nuts to make your lunch last.
-
I started out walking. Now after dropping about 50 lbs my almost constant knee pain is gone. Hang in there, it will likely get better.

Sorry you are having back problems. Scooby has some suggestions on dealing with injuries. Not back specific, but principles may help you cope. http://scoobysworkshop.com/working-around-injuries/

You might try the recipe with Tabasco. They have a buffalo sauce much lower in sodium. That being said, I eat wings every Monday with Franks sauce. (Can't find the Tabasco in the gallon size, but can find Franks.)
-
Amstel light.
-
I put in 1/2 cup of homemade apple sauce.
-
Try the Baja chili salad , halve size. Without the dressing. At 470 calories it is a meal. To much sodium, but you are eating fast food,it is expected.

Just search Wendy's on you app provider. I also have a restaurant nutrition guide.
