Being back at work has made it tougher to meet my goals, but trying to keep them simple. I also struggle with consistency, so hope this helps. My goals: -at least 48 oz of water -log everything -at least 10,000 steps Met these for 1/5--even when traveling and eating out!

Met my goals today of -getting in at least 48 oz of water/herbal tea (got in 72 oz) -logged food (made this new recipe for shrimp rolls in seaweed wrap--sounded odd but was very tasty!) -still working on the 10,000 steps. Right calf is a little tender from pushing it on the elliptical. Will get 10K steps before bed. Friend…

Met my goals for 10,000 steps, even added 10 min elliptical. Met goal for water and logged food today. Felt good about all of this since we spent the day out of town and ate out. Felt hungry tonight, but survived (used most of my calories for breakfast and lunch)

I don't have any insight, but will be eager to find out what you learn. I am three weeks post op for a total abdominal hysterectomy, so have at least three weeks to go before I can start lifting anything. Wanting to start then, even if low weights.

I am ready to try! Just had major surgery three weeks ago, so will have to take it slowly. It will encourage me to move more.

I am on my 2nd fitbit. Love it! Love how it tracks my activity and motivates me to do more. Appreciate how it integrates with MFP and Endomondo. Recommended.

Originally a St Louis girl. I now live south of the Lou and also make regular Trader Joe's runs! Need to lose at least 20 lbs and am glad for support.

I will be dusting off my bike and trying for an average of 10 minutes per day (310 minutes for the month of October.)
