    I'm in! Last year I lost 15 pounds and since stopping tracking what I eat, I have gained it all back! Looking forward to getting back into shape and this is the perfect challenge.

    Count me in! My motivation to do any of my daily exercise dvd's completely disappeared during November. I'm hoping that this challenge will give me that 'push' that I'm really needing right now.
