Damnit does Dec 1st not count?? I'm totally counting it. Okay just did pilates, and didn't break a sweat but it counts right? I was squeezing my abs and glutes the whole time so hopefully so. I'm getting obsessed, someone please calm me down.

1 Dec=1 hour yoga

3 Dec= stationary funk so far, but this challenge is what I've apparently been waiting for.
