Don't worry about sugar and sodium, just keep an eye on your macros and calories. If you notice your eating too much sodium eat less prepacked foods. Keep water intake up as well!

Olive oil on both sides, season with Old Bay or some blackened seasoning. Oven bake it for 14 min.

I purchased one from Wal-mart for around $25. It's accurate and measures in Grams, Ounces, Kilograms, and Pounds.

Any sports/bodybuilding multivitamin is going to have a little extra vitamins and minerals than your average One-A-Day. Some brands also include aminos and digestive enzymes, etc.
-
Take the same stuff everyday. Whey, creatine, vitamins, fish oil. BCAA's are a waste of money.

If it's something you use often I would just enter it in the database so you know that it's 100% correct.

I would get bored after a while. If it doesn't bother you and it works, then by all means keep doing it.

Technically you can't build muscle and lose fat at the same time, you can maintain muscle mass by eating a little more protein.
-
Both. Once you figure out what your calories need to be, you have to split that between your macros to help you lose weight or bulk up.

Just try and aim for 1g of protein per body weight. Unless you're eating a crap ton of protein you should be fine, but excess amounts would lead to excess calories which would then lead to gaining fat.

I agree, you can tons of free information online. It just takes time to find out what's good for you because everyone is different.

Hour and a half 3x a week.

I think it would help you burn a little more fat, and your pre-workout will kick in faster. I personally don't train fasted, I have no energy.

It can work for some people better than others. The Hodgetwins are twin brothers that have a youtube channel and have had great success with it. I think it's just something you have to try to find out for yourself.

Just bake them, just as good.

You should be eating a nice full meal after a workout to help refuel your body.

I love this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsSC2vx7zFQ

If you're enjoying dinner with your parents don't worry about measuring calories, just eat and enjoy. One day with some extra calories isn't going to make you gain weight if you are doing well the rest of the week.

Fish, eggs, lean chicken breasts. You could also invest in a protein powder.
-
Always veg out, the body isn't going to grow and repair if it isn't resting.
-
One "dirty" meal a week isn't going to hurt you, if anything it will keep you sane.

It's called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), some people get and some people don't. You have to be able to work through the soreness. After a couple of weeks your body should adapt and you should be less sore. Get plenty of sleep as well. BCAA's (Branch Chain Amino Acids) are supposed to help with soreness, you can…

Optimum Nutrition makes good protein powder and they have the best flavors IMO.

If it looks like you are losing weight then you probably are. Don't use the scale as a judge. I know Insanity is a lot of cardio and body-weight exercises, it could be that you're losing fat and gaining some muscle mass. The scale will go down eventually, just keep at it!

I would look at reviews online and see which ones have the best ratings. You could looked at used ones as well. Some people buy em and never use em.
