Are GNC vitamins worth the extra money.

    Any sports/bodybuilding multivitamin is going to have a little extra vitamins and minerals than your average One-A-Day. Some brands also include aminos and digestive enzymes, etc.

    I'm not sure GNC anything is worth what they want to charge. Just my personal opinion.
