does anyone save their exercise calories for the weekends for a treat like when going for a meal/ takeaway? Im thinking of doing this as I tend to struggle at weekends

    I never eat my exercise calories back, I don't "save" them for the weekend either. Hmmm never thought of it that way though!

    Nah, schedule is too hectic to deviate from the plan and that is how I got into this mess in the first place.

    One "dirty" meal a week isn't going to hurt you, if anything it will keep you sane.

    I "tally" my calories on a weekly basis... So if I am 50 under Monday -Friday, then I have 250 extra on the weekends. I just don't go over my 'weekly calorie goal" I did fine losing my weight like that and am on week three on maintenance (but still went down a pound...hmmmmm)
