Do you exercise at all on your rest day or just totally veg out?

My rest day so far: 14 mile bike ride, some power yoga, and 2 sets of 25 push-ups/25 squats.0

I don't plan rest days, but I just listen to my body about when to take one- usually every 7-10 days or so. My rest days almost always include at least a long, leisurely walk, 3-4 miles or so.0

Just depends on how I feel, and it's almost never the same answer. If I feel like hell, I'll be doing nothing for most of the day. If I feel normal to great, I'll be heading in to the gym today for some relatively light leg work to help supplement Friday's heavy leg work. We'll see when 4 p.m. rolls around.0

I always feel better after working out, so I don't plan any rest days.0
