Im a bit crazy and go on smaller adventures everyweekend. I have a 4 year old daughter who follows everywhere! This year we have about 5 upcoming backpacking trips here in the rockies. Biggest one is 7 days in Bristish Colombia! Hoping to do Denali in 2018!

Here are some pics of us today doing Heart Mountain in Alberta. I take my daughter to almost all my hikes/scrambles but today she got to walk a little on her on for about 30 mins and she even climbed a rock wall with the help of her harness/rope. I love running any speed but I truly enjoy doing a 12 mile pace. I really find a that way I truly enjoy it more. But again Im not that fast either!

I have a 2 years old and I operate a dayhome. I am constantly busy busy busy but make it work. I used to workout late at night but I now do it early morning. I wake up at 5-5:30 and hope she doesn't wake up lol Also, look at gyms, some have daycare, that's great for little one to interact :)
