Lift weights? Heavy weights :)

Im a bit crazy and go on smaller adventures everyweekend. I have a 4 year old daughter who follows everywhere! This year we have about 5 upcoming backpacking trips here in the rockies. Biggest one is 7 days in Bristish Colombia! Hoping to do Denali in 2018!

Oh Im so late! But can I still be in? I got all my steps since the 1. Dec1: 15,509 Dec2: 16,269 Dec3: 20,025 Dec4: 16,691 Dec5: 13,729 Dec6: 12,665 Dec7: 12,505 Dec8: 12,988 My goal will be my highest of 20,000 steps daily lol Lets see if I can move that much every day!

Love spring! We did little hikes here and there this weekend too. We did have travel to British Zcolombia since its still very snowy in Alberta but what a nice weekend! Love it!

I love running any speed but I truly enjoy doing a 12 mile pace. I really find a that way I truly enjoy it more. But again Im not that fast either!

I have a 2 years old and I operate a dayhome. I am constantly busy busy busy but make it work. I used to workout late at night but I now do it early morning. I wake up at 5-5:30 and hope she doesn't wake up lol Also, look at gyms, some have daycare, that's great for little one to interact :)
