1 - I traded with my friends. I gave someone my "bigger" stuff, and she gave me her "bigger" stuff (which happens to be my "smaller" size) 2 - I did do some shopping. Mainly at Salvation Army, Savers, or Goodwill. 3 - Invest in main peices. It makes you feel better when you have clothes that fit. Heidi - Worcester, MA

A good friend of mine was at a plateau also. She increased her water intake, and that helped kick start her again. Good luck.

Graduated WRHS 98 and live in Worcester currently. Anyone going to a gym?

My son is 16 weeks. I have been eating well, and working out 4 time per week. I do the elipctal at the gym for 25min, some core/ab work outs (plant, leg lifts, crunches), and I do weight machines alternating arms/legs on diffrent days. I have lost 19lbs in 60 days. I have been very happy with my results.

I am a mother of 3 (11yr, 3.5yr, and 10week baby), a wife, and I work full time 40hrs a week. I just had to make it a priority. I have found that if I "cheat", if I am honest with myself and log EVERYTHING, I am more aware the next few days to make better choices. I always make sure that the calories I am eating are worth it to me.

Day 2 done. I woke up hurting all over. But I knew that I had to push thru. So I sucked it up and did it. My 3 1/2 yr old son did it with me - kinda funny. I only stopped 3 times today to catch my breath.

Thank you for inspiring me at the begining of my journey!

To be able to fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes again!
