I've used one everyday for the last 18 months. I love it and feel lost without it! I walk quite a bit and it is good for tracking steps, mileage, calories burned, sleep efficiency. Agreed! A personal trainer once told me that losing weight is 80% diet, 10% aerobic exercise and 10% strength training. So - the biggest bang for your buck is to eat healthy. Not to say you can't have a cheat day or cheat meal, but if you eat well most of the time, you will lose.

SandiBre, you should be able to access that info after you log into your account on the fitbit website (not fitbit software that you've installed on your computer). Does that help?
