    I'm in too. I fell seriously short of my 100-mile goal last month (just over 50 miles) so I'm going to be more realistic this month. I'm targetting 75 miles for November. Here are my results, thus far:
    Nov 1 - No walk
    Nov 2 - 2 miles
    Nov 3 - 5 miles. Total for month: 7 miles. 68 miles remaining.
    Wow - really struggling to get back on track this month. Sheesh!!!!
    Nov 9 - 5 miles. Total for month: 12 miles. 63 miles remaining.
    Nov 11 - 3.25 miles. Total for month: 15.25 miles. 59.75 miles remaining.
    Nov 12 - 3.25 miles. Total for month: 18.5 miles. 56.5 miles remaining.
    Nov 13 - Dance practice for 2 hours - who knows how that translates into mileage - maybe 3 miles?? :huh: Total for month: 21.5 miles. 53.5 miles remaining.

  • I'm going to jump in here too! It's a lofty goal for me, but I am going to try to hit 100 miles this month. Guess I better get moving!

    11/2: 65 minutes of Walking with C25K run intervals (W4D3) with 5 minutes of stretching.
    11/4: 60 minute walk with my sister!
    11/6: 65 minutes of Walking with C25K run intervals (W5D1) with 5 minutes of stretching
    11/7: 30 minutes of walking
    11/11: 60 minute walk with my husband
    11/14: 35 minutes of walking and attempt at C25K W5 Day 2 but my knee had problems with it so I had to turn around and walk back.:grumble:
    Running Total: 315 minutes

    Nov 11 - 0 did not walk - crashed on the sofa all day

    I"m in! It's been awhile since I've done any sort of exercise and walking would be a good way to ease back into!

    It has been really cold this week and I have not gone out walking. I have been hitting my elliptical hard and heavy, but it doesn't track "mileage" so....

    I have averaged around 10 - 12 minutes each time....

    Today is a little warmer and I am going to take my dog out for a long walk. I will track it and post it :drinker:

    November 13- Cleaning day
    November 14-1/2 hour Pilates
    November 15- Walking 2 miles

    I had to change around my days and exercises they were all mixed up !!

    11-8 25,157 steps 10.65 miles
    11-9 26,635 steps 10.90 miles
    11-10 23,233 steps 9.68 miles
    11-11 22,642 steps 9.42 miles
    11-12 26,414 steps 10.36 miles
    11-13 26,133 steps 11.43 miles
    11-14 20,637 steps 8.61 miles

    Total miles 71.05
    Added first week to this and have walked 134.07 miles since the first of November. I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm gonna top that 200 mile goal fairly easily I may just have to up that goal.

    Okay I have been working out but I've slacked off on logging. Let's see

    Monday 11/12 C25K Week 2 day 1 25 minutes (5 minute walk followed by 6 rounds of 1.5 minutes of jogging followed by 2 minutes of walking)

    Tuesday I did strength training

    Wednesday I rested.

    Tonight 11/15 I did Monday's workout.

    11/17 - 15 minutes - Elliptical - so far... It's nice today. Hoping for a walk later and more more on the elliptical...
