hi!! I love this!!! i think challenges are really fun and motivating so keep up the good work!!
I have been holding some challenges too and they will become more frequent. I have a nutrition/exercise challenege starting the monday after thanksgiving. If anyone wants to join, just friend request me on facebook, my account name is Jaci Mercadante, and I have a Commit to be Fit Group, so i have people supporting eachother and other motivational things! Feel free anyone is welcome!!
I would also love to help out anyone who would like any more tips/etc. I'm a personal trainer and love contributing in changing lives!0 -

Walking is great exercise, particularly if you have any joint issues (hip & knee for me). I have been trying to walk for 1hour every morning before I go to work, and then I walk with a friend 12min at morning break, 40 min at lunch hour, and 12 min at afternoon break. Daily Waking has been a key component of my success so far -17lbs since joining MFP on October 6th.0 -

I'm in too. I fell seriously short of my 100-mile goal last month (just over 50 miles) so I'm going to be more realistic this month. I'm targetting 75 miles for November. Here are my results, thus far:
Nov 1 - No walk
Nov 2 - 2 miles
Nov 3 - 5 miles. Total for month: 7 miles. 68 miles remaining.
Wow - really struggling to get back on track this month. Sheesh!!!!
Nov 9 - 5 miles. Total for month: 12 miles. 63 miles remaining.
Nov 11 - 3.25 miles. Total for month: 15.25 miles. 59.75 miles remaining.
Nov 12 - 3.25 miles. Total for month: 18.5 miles. 56.5 miles remaining.
Nov 13 - Dance practice for 2 hours - who knows how that translates into mileage - maybe 3 miles?? :huh: Total for month: 21.5 miles. 53.5 miles remaining.

It has been really cold this week and I have not gone out walking. I have been hitting my elliptical hard and heavy, but it doesn't track "mileage" so....
I have averaged around 10 - 12 minutes each time....
Today is a little warmer and I am going to take my dog out for a long walk. I will track it and post it :drinker:0 -
Can I still join? I know I am late, but just joined Sexy Mamas today too! I will walk today! Perfect half way point!0

I had to change around my days and exercises they were all mixed up !!
